Cancellation Policy
Payment is due by the start of each class or session. Payment can be made by credit card on our website at www.vida-immersion.com, via Zelle to info@vida-immersion.com, or in cash. At VIDA, we know family schedules can shift. While payments are non-refundable, if you cancel enrollment in a VIDA class or event more than 24 hours before that class or event begins, you will receive a credit that can be applied toward any other future class or event. Please note that once a student attends a class, we are unable to offer credits, adjustments, or refunds for missed days or early withdrawal as our program is based on enrollment. VIDA does not offer make-up classes at this time. VIDA needs enrollment of at least six (6) students for a class to run. If enrollment is insufficient, a class may be cancelled. If this happens, students may be given the option to transfer into a class offered on a different day of the week. If VIDA needs to cancel a class or event, we will refund your payment within 10 business days.
