Class Description
Explore the familiar flavors of bacon*, egg, and maple syrup in a new form: in dumplings! Gain confidence cutting, measuring, mixing, and shaping, sealing, and steaming dumplings. Expand your toolkit for cooking up culture and bring home a VIDA fun patch and language for life - some new Spanish vocabulary words to share with your family, friends, and community. This workshop satisfies some requirements of the Cadette "New Cuisines" badge. * please note any religious or dietary restrictions upon registration so we can make turkey bacon, kosher or halal bacon, or vegan bacon available. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Payment is due prior to the event. Payment can be made by credit card on our website at www.vida-immersion.com or via Zelle to info@vida-immersion.com. Payments are non-refundable. Participants who cancel more than 24 hours before the event will receive a credit toward a future event or program. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or after the event has begun are not eligible for a credit. VIDA does not offer make-up classes at this time. This event requires a minimum of ten (10) participants to run. If enrollment is insufficient, the event will be cancelled. If VIDA cancels a class or event, we will refund your payment within 10 business days.
